My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit outdated and with a musky mold smell, were spacious in the 2-bedroom villa. The service was friendly and accommodating, arranging shuttle services. The location, while convenient for downtown Scottsdale, lacked nearby attractions. Dining was pleasant with a variety of buffet options, but some items were not to my liking.
The hotel had some drawbacks like dated rooms and a small elevator, but the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, offering easy access to dining options and highways and including free parking. The dining was good, but a bit pricey for group meals. Facilities were overall satisfactory.
